The price is for the entire apartment for 1–4 guests and includes tourist tax. One pet stays free. No security deposit is required.

Estimated price and terms

Minimum 2 nights; minimum 3 nights for stays including any night from 1 July to 23 August or from 30 December to 2 January. Check-in from 15:00; check-out by 10:00. Free cancellation until 15:00 Budapest time on the day 7 days before arrival, with a refund of the deposit. After this deadline or in case of no-show, 100% of the accommodation charge is payable. The cleaning fee is refunded if the stay does not take place. Refunds are initiated within 7 calendar days.

A 30% deposit is due within 24 hours of accepting the offer. The balance is due 7 days before arrival. If arrival is within 7 days when the offer is accepted, full prepayment is required, no later than arrival. Payment instructions are provided in the personal offer. The booking becomes final only upon confirmation by the owner.

Privacy

The data controller is Sándor Bakos, sole trader (contact: sanyi.bakos@gmail.com). We store your name, email, stay details, chosen language and note on Rackhost hosting to handle your enquiry and communicate with you. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not use this information for marketing. Enquiries not yet quoted, rejected enquiries and cancelled requests are deleted from the active system 90 days after their last update. Open or accepted offers are retained until resolved. We keep the latest seven daily backups on Rackhost and, encrypted, on Microsoft OneDrive. Older copies are deleted as they are replaced; final removal may take longer because of provider recycle bins and retention rules. If you book, the quote will explain further data processing. Contact the address above to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or, where applicable, portability; you can complain to the Hungarian data protection authority, NAIH. Do not include identity document, payment card or health information.
